Policies
These apply to every route at https://quantagentshop.com, over HTTP and over MCP.
What every call guarantees
- You pay only for a result: a call that fails (any 4xx or 5xx answer) is never settled, so no money moves.
- One signed payment buys exactly one call; a reused payment is refused with 409.
- The price is fixed per route and shown in the 402 before you pay; it never changes mid-call.
- Your request and result are not stored; the only record kept is the payment (payer address, route, price, status, transaction).
- Pages are fetched only from public addresses; private, internal and cloud-metadata addresses are refused.
Privacy
We receive the request you send, your wallet address (from the payment) and the network details any web server sees. We do not write your request or the result to disk. Some lookup results are cached in memory for a few minutes so a repeat question is answered faster; the cache is lost on restart.
We keep a payment record for each paid call: payer address, route, price, our upstream cost, status, network and transaction hash. It is kept for accounting and tax, and contains no request content. Server logs record the route, status and errors, not request bodies.
To answer a call we pass only what that call needs to the service that produces it: search queries to our search provider, text to our language-model provider for written answers and documents, and lookups to public sources (for example OFAC, SEC EDGAR, GLEIF, Crossref, domain registries and MET Norway). Payments are verified and settled by our x402 facilitator; traffic passes through our network provider. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Refunds
A failed call is never charged, so there is nothing to refund. If a call was charged and the result was clearly wrong or empty, email [email protected] within 14 days with the transaction hash and we refund the call price in USDC to the address that paid.
Limits
One paid call at a time per payer; rate limits per address and per payer; a daily capacity limit across the shop. A call refused for a limit is answered with 429 or 503 and is not charged. Pages behind logins, and sites that do not allow automated access, are refused.
Terms
Results are provided as they come from public sources and providers, without warranty. Nothing here is legal, financial or compliance advice; sanctions and company lookups are information for your own checks, not a determination. Do not use the service for anything unlawful. We may change prices and routes; the price in each 402 is the one that applies to that call.
